George Strait‘s “The Cowboy Rides Again” Tour continues it’s run across the US this Spring. While there’s debate if it’s definitively the country legend’s farewell bid, George Strait tickets are certainly at a premium. Despite the demand, there’s plenty of chances to score the most for your money, including dates below face price. Below, we’ll break down the 5 cheapest remaining dates.

 

  1. February 14th at the Palace of Auburn Hills in Detroit, MI

    Support: Little Big Town

    Valentine’s Day in the Motor City marks the cheapest remaining date on “The Cowboy Rides Again” Tour. The average ticket price is currently $124 – less than half the tour average of $303. With plenty of Lower Level tickets available from $59 and Floor seats from $86.

     

  2. May 31st at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA

    Support: Faith Hill and Tim McGraw

    The 68,756 capacity home of the New England Patriots marks the 2nd cheapest remaining date of Strait’s farewell tour. With over 21,000 tickets available on the secondary market, you can currently get in the door for as low as $15. Floor seats are available from $52.

     

  3. March 1st at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ

    Support: Martina McBride

    At an average ticket price of $156; the March kickoff show at “The Rock” is just over half of the average price of the tour. Tickets currently start at $38 on the secondary market – well below the face price of $82. You can upgrade to lower center tickets without breaking the bank, they start at $58.

     

  4. March 7th at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, KY

    Support: Vince Gill

    With 10,000 tickets available at an average of $160, the Vince Gill supported date is the cheapest mid-west show. You can get in the door for $76 or go Lower Level for just $3 more. There’s extremely limited amount of Floor seats still available; and they’ll cost you $430 minimum.

     

  5. February 28th at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA

    Support: Martina McBride

    Secondary market tickets start at the face price of $76. With over 5,000 seats still available, prices are expected to drop closer to the event. A third east coast show on the list shows Strait’s highest demand is clearly closer to his home state of Texas.

 

Strait’s most expensive date is the AT&T Stadium finale on June 7th with Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, Alan Jackson, Sheryl Crow and Vince Gill. At an average ticket price of $633, the cheapest available seat is $204.
