With momentum building around MCA Recording artist David Nail’s upcoming March 4 release of I’m A Fire, Nail announced today that he will be hitting the road with a set of headlining shows this spring. Opening for Nail on the tour is new singer/songwriter and MCA label mate, Sam Hunt. In addition to his own tour, Nail will open for Lady Antebellum for select dates on their Take Me Downtown Tour.
To kick I’m A Fire off on a positive note the first single released from the album, “Whatever She’s Got,” has been certified GOLD by the RIAA and currently sits in the top-5 on the Billboard Country Airplay charts and continues to rise. I’m A Fire is Nail’s third album and as the previous releases the Missouri native teamed back up with Frank Liddell, Chuck Ainlay and Glenn Worf for the producing duties on the 11 song set.
This past fall Nail took to the road on an extensive 30+ city headlining tour to try out his new material for his fans. Along the way he performed sold out shows in Los Angeles, New York City, Denver, Seattle, Atlanta and two nights in Chicago.
