Garth Brooks kicked off his 6 date tour stop last Friday in the city where he performed his first ever matinee show 17 years ago….Jacksonville, Florida. Toni Foxx of Jacksonville’s New Country, 99.1 WQIK, sat down with the legend for an exclusive interview. Garth reveals why he made Jacksonville the third stop on his tour, how it feels to be back on the road, new music and more.
