Lee Brice is getting excited to be opening the Luke Bryan ‘That’s My Kind of Night’ tour tomorrow night (1/16) in Columbus, Ohio. Lee and Luke have toured multiple times and Lee is happy that Luke is seeing the success boom, as both of them came to Nashville at the same time.
Lee explains to Albright & O’Malley & Brenner that knowing Luke, these many years, he can guarantee the fans that come to see the tour one thing.
“He’s gonna bring it bigger than people expect,” Lee explains to Dan Van from Albright & O’Malley & Brenner. “I’m looking honestly forward to having a great time. He has been so gracious like ‘Alright Lee, this ain’t my tour this is all of our tour, it’s just a tour and I want it to be the best show it can be.’
Lee explains that Luke is sharing his bells and whistles to the openers.
“’So whatever I got out there, production wise you use it we don’t care’, he’s like lets all just use it all and make it as good as we can, and I think that’s the way to be and I am looking forward to it.”
Lee is working on his next album and will release the first single ‘I Don’t Dance’ later this month.
