Lucy Angel “Yard Sale” Review

The sweetest form revenge comes to us in Lucy Angel’s newest single “Yard Sale”. While the girls innocently plan to slowly rid themselves of a toxic relationship, a sense of satisfaction and empowerment comes over us as we listen.

Take it on out to the front curb, one man’s trash is another man’s treasure, pawn it off on all of my neighbors, make me an offer I’ll take whatever

Lucy Angel’s approach to the break up song is a clever and refreshing twist. Their voices hold up strong to their lyrics with every word crisp and clear, and their harmonies blending with perfection. The tempo along with the spirit remains at a high throughout the piece.

The country trio made up of Mom Kate and her two daughters Lindsay and Emily Anderton, have proven their continued growth as artists with a song that will have an instant and relate able connection with their fans.

There was no specific event that made me fall in love with country music, it was simply the style that hit me the hardest. I’ve been involved with music from a young age and it has helped get to where I am today. I graduated Albright College with a degree in Music Business and currently work in New York City with Music Licensing. When I’m not working with music, you can find me listening to it, watching it, or playing it. I consider myself lucky when I look back at the various concerts I’ve attended, from classics such as Brooks & Dunn and George Strait, to the incredible new talents of Eric Church and The Band Perry. It only makes me want more. Music is something I can always count on and I’m excited to have the opportunity to share this love with all of you!
