SINGLE REVIEW: Brantley Gilbert “Small Town Throwdown” ft. Justin Moore and Thomas Rhett

Brantley Gilbert’s newest single, “Small Town Throwdown“, written by Brantley Gilbert, Ben Hayslip, Rhett Akins, and Dallas Davidson, hits radio airwaves a week before his third studio album, Just As I Am, on The Valory Music Co., releases May 19.

Brantley, Thomas Rhett, and Justin Moore crank it up on this let’s get the par-ty started tune (best served live). Not for the faint of heart. “It’s a small town throwdown It’s time to tall boy up Let them tailgates down.”

“I have always said that each of my albums has told a story… my story, and this album is no different. This one picks up where Halfway To Heaven left off. I have gone through a lot the past few years… a lot of highs and lows and all of that is reflected in this project. My fans know I’m a straight shooter so I didn’t leave anything out. I think there is something for everyone — from my party side to the gentler stuff. I can’t wait to share this new music with the BG Nation.”
