SINGLE REVIEW: Native Run “Good On You”

If Native Run‘s single, “Good On You” is any indication, they are definitely a duo to watch out for. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this single. From amazing harmonies and vocals to fun and catchy lyrics “Good On You” has everything it takes to be a hit. You will be hard pressed to listen more than once without singing along.

Good On You” tells the story of a girl ignoring her mom’s advice of waiting for a guy to make the first move, and instead takes matters into her own hands, as she lets her feelings be known.

“I think I look good on you. Boy I can’t help it I just do. Like a sunset on the water. Flower in the hair of the preacher’s daughter. Jet black on an old corvette. A memory in your mind you don’t wanna forget. Tell me, Tell me, Do you feel the way I do? ‘Cause I think I’d look good on you.”

The songs arrangement provides excellent instrumental talent, which is paired perfectly with the duo’s amazing harmonies. This is one of those songs that transcend a specific music genre. It definitely has a little something for everyone, and I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see it not only top Country Charts, but Pop Charts as well.

This is definitely just the beginning for “Native Run” and I can’t wait to see what else they will bring to the table.
