Filmore Releases His Very Personal Song, “We’ll Be.”

“We’ll Be” takes fans on Filmore’s journey to the altar with wife Paige.

Filmore released his highly anticipated “We’ll Be” today. (6.11.21) He recently shared clips of the track on his Instagram & had fans vote on whether he should release it. Not surprisingly, it received an overwhelming YES. What’s so special about this one? It’s the song that led to his proposal to his now wife, Paige. It’s very personal to their story, but it’s so sweet and many will be able to relate it to their own way. It takes us from the night they met at Tin Roof, to meeting her parents for the first time, to the proposal, and beyond. We can all listen to it, (and you most definitely should!) but let’s hear about it directly from Mrs. Filmore herself!

Filmore played the song for Paige on their back porch, something that wasn’t at all unusual, but it then turned into a moment neither would ever forget. I asked Paige at what point did she realize what was actually going on. “When I sat down on the couch and he started to play “We’ll Be” it was nothing out of the ordinary. Tyler usually plays his demos for me. Then when the song goes “top it off with a diamond ring,” he got up and paused it, and then was shaking… that’s when I knew.”

Filmore proposes to then girlfriend Paige Korte with his song “We’ll Be.”

Since this is such a personal story, I was curious how Paige felt about it being out for all the world to hear. She said, “I love being able to share this amazing song with the world. I hope others can share the love and special moments with us.” When asked what she would love to see happen now that “We’ll Be” has been released she said, “I would love to see others use it to propose to their soulmates, first dance song, or use it to just show their significant other love.” I love that the Filmores have shared their love story & this special song with all of us! Thank you, Paige, for speaking with me about “We’ll Be.”
