As fans and critics continue to rave about one of Spotify’s all-genre Top 10 Most Viral Tracks “The Driver” from Charles Kelley, the award-winnging singer/songwriter exclusively released the music video last Friday for the raw single that will “leave you covered in goosebumps” (CMT) through VEVO. In just one week the video has already hit over 100,000 views on Kelley’s youtube.
”It takes a whole circus of people on the road to get from city to city each night,” said Kelley. “This song pretty much sums up the last eight years of my life in four minutes, so I wanted the video to include some of the people behind-the-scenes who help us live this crazy dream before the show starts and the fans that bring it all to life. ”
The music video for the “behind-the-scenes story-song allowing us a peek at the people who keep the music on the road, and its dreams alive” (All Access) was shot last month and directed by TK McKamy. From the jumpseat of his tour bus, Kelley catches the break of dawn before a standout performance with Dierks Bentley and Eric Paslay at Nashville’s War Memorial Auditorium.
